Kreeg deze gisteren al, maar wat onduidelijk, dus heb even wat verder gevraagd.
Ik zal het toch maar plaatsen, maar is pittig voor 2 personen.
Voor meerdere personen , zoals voor N , valt het dan wel weer meer.
Plaats gewoon de correspondentie en dan kan je zelf kijken en vergelijken.

For a 2-day trip to Halong, if travelers don’t want to take overnight cruise, they can choose to stay at hotel in Halong city, Tuan Chau or Cat Ba Island. There are various hotel options for their taste and budget.
For a quotation as per the itinerary they request:
- Day 1: Picking up Hanoi hotel - going to Halong and have a 4 hour deluxe boat trip - overnight at Halong hotel
- Day 2: going to Hai phong airport and drop off.
Tour cost:
- 2 day transfer 16 seaters (Hanoi - Halong - Hai Phong airport) + tour guide + 4 hour cruise (deluxe boat): 424 USD
- Lunch on boat while cruising on day 1: from 12-16 USD / person.
Hotel room is not included and will be add upon their choice. If they would like to stay on Cat Ba Island, there maybe additional cost for ferry transfer from the habour to the island and back.
The costs are estimated and can be flexible to change depending on their travel date and number of participants.

Dear Mr. Ton,
The price 424USD is for the whole group with: 1 private car for 2 days (16 seater), 1 English speaking tour guide for 2 days, also 1 private boat for 4 hour cruise. All the services are private since their itinerary is different from other group options.
If they join with a small group for day trip only, no overnight, the price is from 98USD/person to 120USD/person. The group will start from Hanoi and come back to Hanoi at the end of the day, no overnight.
If they join with a small group for overnight cruise, the price is from 180USD/person to 450USd/person depends on the cruise level. In these case, the transfers are arranged by the cruise management to serve their clients. The group also start from Hanoi on day 1 and returns back Hanoi on day 2.
I hope it will helps them to have a better comparison between Halong trips.

Ik moet wel even kwijt.
Halong is niet echt de goedkoopste bestemming van Viet Nam.
Je kan wel in alle prijsklasses reizen in dit gebied; kan je zien aan mijn links en het antwoord van BT.
Maar wat ik wel vind dat juist in dit gebied alle waar naar zijn geld is.
Je kan natuurlijk voor 100 USD pax. of minder naar Halong Bai gaan, maar het blijft een keuze.
Ik zie het zo.
Je gaat als tourist naar Amsterdam.
Dan kan je kiezen uit vele tours.
Bijv.
2 cafees en en 1 coffeshop en dat kan helemaal geweldig zijn en dat kost je dan 75 USD pax met overnachting in een hostel.
of
Rijksmuseum, rondvaart, mooi hotel, gids, prive vervoer en dat kost je wat meer; zeg 200 USD pax.
Beetje 2 uitersten, maar ga je voor goedkoop en je wilt de nachtwacht zien dan zul wat meer moeten betalen helaas.
Hoop dat dit het prijsverschil wat duidelijker maakt; natuurlijk zijn er velen combinaties mogelijk, welke allemaal het weer duurder of goedkoper maken.
