Might I suggest that they arrive at
Silole & start in Nbi Nat Park (2 nights)
then safari to Shompole (3 nights in Maasailand…)
then up to Aberdare Nat park (4 nights: 2 on top in the moorland & then to Aberdare Salient treetops area below for 2 nights…) Then to Shaba for 3 nights in the desert & back to Silole for the last night?

That would be a great safari up-country

maximaal 3 mensen, alles inclu. (eten, jeep, tenten, bedden etc) 30.000 KES/Dag
SITE : REAL SAFARI.

Ik ken Will persoonlijk, hij is geboren in en houdt met hart en ziel van alles wat met vogels en natuur te maken heeft.

Day 1: Nairobi - Tsavo West
You will depart directly from Jomo Kenyatta Airport early morning or from a hotel nearby if you arrive in the evening. We can include it in the program. The drive takes you along Mombasa Highway and a distance through the park until you reach the lodge for a bit late lunch.
The lodge has an amazing bird life. Different Hornbills, superb starlings, orange-bellied parrots, finches, Kori bustard, woolly-necked storks, white-bellied go-away bird, Verreaux’s eagle owl, blue-naped mousebirds and many others can be found. If you like to do a bird walk, tell your driver to take you to the nearby Kitani bandas. I found many birds there and you can walk safely. The distance to the lodge is just one kilometre but better you drive since elephants and buffalos are regularly around.

Other great places to visit: Mzima Springs early morning when all is quiet. You can find darters, pied - giant - malachite - kingfishers, herons, white morph of African paradise flycatcher. Take breakfast with you and enjoy. Just watch the monkeys, they like your food as well.

Lake Jipe: go for a full day with picnic. Enjoy the view onto the mountains of Tanzania. Blacksmith and spur-winged plovers, herons, weavers and with luck flamingos can be seen.

Poacher’s lookout and Shetani lava flow: You might be lucky and find a Verreaux’s eagle on the way to the cave. You will go with a ranger so you can get out of the car.
