Ik zit zelf nu te kijken naar Ben Tre-Vinh Long-Sa Dec-My To[/li][/ul]
Hoor graag of iemand nog een leuk idee heeft of iets over de genoemde plaatsen kan vertellen.
Ik denk niet dat je veel tijd verliest om het zelf te doen.
Vervoer naar de Delta is prima.
Ik heb wel even een waarschuwing voor je.
Het weekend en dagen van 30-4 tot 4-5 zijn nationale feestdagen + weekend.
Op 30-4 word de afloop van de oorlog, in 2015 40 jaar geleden, groots gevierd en is een nationale feestdag en dus veel mensen aan het reizen op de 29e en de 30e.
1 mei is ook een nationale feestdag en dan meteen een weekend; dus daar wel even rekening mee houden met vervoer en prijzen.
Bedacht dit ineens toen ik je post zag, had het eerder moeten melden, maar is me ontgaan, sorry wanneer het je planning in de war brengt.
Da’s een goeie! Misschien reizen we dan maar een dagje later af richting Mekong om eventueel wat van de festiviteiten in Saigon mee te pikken…

Fireworks display in HCM City on Reunification Day Ho Chi Minh City will hold firework shows in eight venues on April 30 as part of activities to celebrate National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975-2015).
The 15-minute shows are scheduled for 10:00 pm at the Bitexco Financial Tower, Ben Duoc martyr memorial site, Nga Ba Giong martyr memorial site, Lang Le-Bau Co historical relic site, Can Gio district football ground, Historical and Cultural Ethnic park, Dam Sen cultural park and Go Vap flower village park, said Hua Ngoc Thuan, Vice Chairman of the municipal People’s Committee.
On this occasion, a special art and music performance will take place at 30/4 Park to commemorate the 40 th anniversary of the Southern Region Liberation and the National Reunification as well as the 129 th International Liberation Day (May 1).
A grand meeting will be held, followed by military and civilian parades along Le Duan Street in front of Thong Nhat Square. The events will be broadcast live on television nationwide.
The cerebrations aim to honour the historical significance of the April 30 victory, commemorating the individuals who sacrificed their lives for the country’s liberation as well as highlighting the great achievements of the country and Ho Chi Minh City over the past four decades.
