Weinig Duits of Engels hier.

To travel from the north of Albania to Himara you will need two days of traveling, the first day to Tirana and the next day you can take a bus to Himara or Saranda (and get of in Himara). The price for public transport from Shkodra to Tirana is around 400 lek (3 euro) and from Tirana to Himara around 1000 lek (7 euro) per person.

There are no trains in Albania, only from the outskirts of Tirana to Durres.
