Ik heb begrepen dat we onze organisatie eerst moeten aanmelden voordat we een aanbod voor werk voor vrijwilligers kunnen plaatsen op de verschillende forums.
Onze organisatie heet : Yoba for Life Foundation.
Hoe kunnen we dit toevoegen aan de groep “organisaties”? en hoe precies en waar kunnen we een oproep plaatsen?

Na veel zoeken en alle forums af is het niet duidelijk hoe en waar wij een aanbod voor vrijwilliger/stage kunnen plaatsen voor onze organisatie. We krijgen telkens te lezen dat het forum niet toegankelijk is voor ons of het volgende bericht hieronder.
Zou jij ons kunnen vertellen hoe het werkt en wat we precies moeten doen. We hebben overigens ons bericht wel geplaatst onder het landen forum Afrika - subforum, (afrika vraagbaak) Afrika studie en stage. Dat kon wel.

Probiotic yoghurt in Uganda
Introduction: Probiotic yoghurt can be a cheap and effective tool to improve the health of people in resource
poor countries. The Yoba for Life foundation aims to introduce probiotics through local yoghurt
factories in Africa. In this way the Yoba for Life concept contributes to improving health and
wealth of people and local communities where self-employment is the core of existence.
Are you interested in this innovative concept, do you have an entrepreneurial spirit and do you
have experience and affinity with food technology? Then you can help us expand the Yoba for
Life project in Uganda. In this challenging six month (or longer) internship, you will work with a small
factory in rural Uganda to introduce and evaluate Africa’s first probiotic yoghurt called Yoba®.
The Yoba for Life Foundation is a not-for-profit network organisation accredited by the Dutch
Tax Authority as a Public Benefit Institution (ANBI status). Its founders are internationally
recognized as experts in microbiology and probiotics and have been employed in the

Project tasks
1.Support the production and distribution of probiotic Yoba® in collaboration with a small
yoghurt factory Life Dairy Ltd. and the Uganda Research Institute
2.Set up a marketing study to evaluate consumer needs and related communication,
promotion, pricing, of probiotic Yoba® in collaboration with the management of the local
factory.
3.Recruit and train local people to lead future production and marketing of Yoba®.
4.Investigate opportunities to further expand the Yoba for Life concept in Uganda and more
African countries.
Required Qualifications
• Experience with project management
• Experience abroad/in Africa
• Academic or similar background
• Excellent in communication and networking skills.
• Technical know-how and affinity with food microbiology
• An open-minded and flexible team worker who can drive
the project and knows how to take initiatives
