Hallo
Waar kan ik alle nodige info vinden betreffende immigratie naar Brasilie.
Ben met pensioen en bereid om te verhuizen.
Wat zijn de wettelijke bepalingen inzake immigratie voor gepensioneerde.

Hier de uitleg van het Braziliaanse consulaat over een permanente verblijfsvergunning voor gepensioneerde (in het Engels).

Als je het hebt over de pagina van de link die ik gaf, die is hier uitstekend leesbaar. Voor hen bij wie de pagina eventueel ook niet goed leesbaar is, plak ik hieronder de info over de permanente verblijfsvergunning voor gepensioneerde van het Braziliaanse consulaat in Rotterdam (Engels):

PERMANENT VISA FOR RETIREE

  A Permanent Visa may be issued to an individual intending to establish  permanent residency in Brazil who is retired and can prove ability to  transfer to Brazil a pension that amounts at least to R$ 6,000.00(six  thousand Brazilian reais) monthly. Similar visas may also be issued for  dependants (spouse and children of the applicant under 21 years of age).  If number of dependants exceeds two, the applicant must be able to  transfer an amount of  R$ 2,000.00 for each extra dependant who intends  to accompany him/her. The visa application and the pertinent  documentation must be lodged with the Consulate-General. 
The minimum required documentation includes:
  A – Passport
      Authenticated photocopies of the identifying pages will be taken  by this Consulate-General at the cost of€ 13,50 per page. Also  applicable to accompanying dependants.
       Passports presented must be original, valid for at least 6 (six) months prior to expiration date. **The passport must have at least 2 (two) blank visa pages. **
   
  B – Original marriage certificate, or birth certificate (international model) of dependant 
In case a permanent visa is also requested for a spouse or child of the  applicant, in order to prove blood relation between applicant and  dependants.
  C – Original birth certificate (international model) of applicant
To be obtained from Dutch municipal authorities
  D –Certificate of good behaviour (international model - Verklaring  omtrent het gedrag – VOG) issued by the Dutch Ministry of Justice within  90 days from delivery to the Consulate, for each dependent.Issuance by  Dutch authorities may take up to 4 weeks, upon presentation of a  declaration issued by this Consulate. Such declaration can be issued  upon presentation of a photocopy of either the applicant's ID or  passport. The consular fee is € 13,50 and the processing time is up to 5  working days.
  E– Declaration from the Dutch source of payment informing the monthly  amount paid as a pension, with its conversion in US dollars. Original  document must be certified either by a Dutch Notary Public or by the  Chamber of Commerce. Further translated into Portuguese and  authenticated by a Dutch Notary Public and further by the  Consulate-General.
  F– Bank declaration stating that the amount received as a pension can  be legally transferred to a bank in Brazil. Original document must be  certified either by a Dutch Notary Public or by the Chamber of Commerce.  Further translated into Portuguese and authenticated by a Dutch Notary  Public and further by the Consulate-General.
  G– Declaration from the Dutch source of payment confirming the  permanent retirement of the applicant. Original document must be  certified either by a Dutch Notary Public or by the Chamber of Commerce.  Further translated into Portuguese and authenticated by a Dutch Notary  Public and further by the Consulate-General.
  H– One recent 3cm x 4cm photograph, front view. 
One photo for each accompanying dependant
  I– One visa application form [(click here to fill in the form](https://scedv.serpro.gov.br/)).  Please disregard the error message about the website’s security  certificate. Click at “Continue to this website (not recommended)”.
  Fill in the form.
. Click "SEND" to receive your processing number and receipt.
. Print the receipt.
. Attach your photograph
. Sign the receipt.
. Bring the duly completed and signed receipt, the original documentation, passport and payment.
  The visa application form filled out online is valid for one month  only. If you apply after that period, it will be necessary to fill out  another form.

PLEASE NOTE THAT

  1. Once all the necessary documentation is received, the  Consulate-General must submit the application to the appropriate  Brazilian authorities and receive authorisation to grant the visa. A  reply usually takes three months. In order to know whether your  application was granted, check [Authorized visas](http://www.brazilianembassy.nl/english/cons_approved_visas.htm) in this website. 
2. After you bring your passport to the Consulate General and fees are  paid, please allow a minimum of five working days for the issuance of  the visa. Add a minimum of two working days for passports returned by  mail.
  3. The authorisation to grant the visa expires within six months from the date of issuance.
  4. On a reciprocity basis, first entry into Brazil must be made within  90 days after the visa has been issued for passport holders of the  following countries: Angola, Bahrain, Cambodia, Cape Verde, China, Cuba,  Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Ghana, Greece, Honduras, India, Indonesia,  Japan, Jordan, Qatar, Korea, Kuwait, Laos, Libya, Myanmar, Nigeria,  Oman, Pakistan, Paraguay, Philippines, Portugal, Saudi Arabia,  Switzerland, Syria, Thailand, Taiwan and Tunisia.
  5. Bearers of a permanent visa must register with the Brazilian Federal  Police within 30 days from the date of arrival. For this purpose, make  sure to take the second copy of the application form duly stamped by  this Consulate-General.
  6. If the applicant wishes to take household effects into Brazil, the Consulate-General will provide the necessary information.
  CONSULAR FEES
• Each visa (if issuance is authorised) € 180,00
• Each certified copy of non-Brazilian documents € 13,50
• Legalisation of each signature in documents € 18,00
 
   
  With immediate effect, the Consulate General **no longer charges the € 18,00 handling fee** for applications submitted by mail or by a third party.
  Applications submitted by mail or by a third party WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED  if the € 18,00 handling fee is included in the total payment. 
   
  An additional processing fee of € 126,00 is charged to visa applications presented by U.S. citizens.
  British subjects will be subject to a € 139,50 processing fee when the validity of their visas is over 180 days.
  All fees are payable either by debit card (PIN) or in cash. Credit  cards and cheques are not accepted. Visas of this kind are free of  charge for Italian citizens.
  “This Consulate General does not provide express services, therefore,  we strongly advise you not to commit yourselfto travel plans until you  know when your visa will be ready for collection.
  General conditions are subject to change without prior notice.”
   
  **THE CONSULATE MIGHT ASK FOR FURTHER DOCUMENTS AND EXPLANATIONS BEYOND THE ONES INDICATED ON THE WEBSITE**. On these situations, the presenting of such documents is mandatory for visa concession.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: PROCESSING TIME

  The processing time for Visas is:

  - up to 6 visas: at least five (5) working days
  - 7 to 9 visas: at least 7 (seven) working days

  The processing time can changed without further notice.

Om wat voor reden dan ook heeft jouw link de extensie .xml

Dat werkt hier uitstekend (op diverse systemen, verschillende browsers). Dat betekent volgens mij dat de pagina wordt opgebouwd vanuit een spreadsheet. Maar daarmee begeef ik me op glad ijs, want precies weet ik het niet. Maar hij werkt gewoon.

ik merk op dat wil in aanmerking wil komen dien je een maandelijks pensioen te ontvangen van een kleine 2000 Euro
jammer maar daar kom ik niet aan heb nl: 1600 euro
Ik stel me de vraag dit is een land alleen voor goed bemiddelde personen …dus niet voor iedereen

Helaas is dat bedrag niet al te lang geleden verhoogd, het was R$2000

Maar dat was ook wel een beetje nodig. Ik heb gehoord dat mensen met alleen AOW of ietsje meer in de problemen kwamen, want Brazilie is niet meer zo goedkoop als het eens was.

Sommige dingen zijn hier zelfs best wel prijzig. Een voorbeeld: als je een beetje behoorlijke gezondheidszorg wilt moet je een plano de saude nemen, maar dat kost geld en meer geld naarmate je ouder wordt. Ik zit nu op ca 800 reais pp per maand, en dat is een goedkope.
Ander voorbeeld: prijzen van onroerend goed zijn gigantisch gestegen, en daarmee ook de huurprijzen. Een appartement in een goede wijk kost je tussen de 2 en 4000 reais of zo, exclusief condo en IPTU en water en licht. Kopen kan ook, maar dan moet je tegenwoordig echt een paar ton meenemen, en helaas zijn hypotheken niet eenvoudig.
DE kosten van levensonderhoud zijn ook angstwekkend gestegen. Ik weet niet hoe Brazilianen het doen maar ik ben voor twee personen al gauw 500 reais kwijt in het wekelijkse bezoek aan de supermarkt.
