ArkeFly online check in

Hi,
I hope you don’t mind that I hijack your Dutch forum with my English question!
Me and my girlfriend will visit Curacao this February for the second time but I can’t get the online check in for the flight from AMS->CUR working.
Maybe some of you frequently fly with ArkeFly and therefore can help me:
Of course I first tried to contact ArkeFly, but their e-mail service was none and I can’t connect their hot line from Germany.

Unfortunately every time I try to check in online, I get the following message: “Controleer de boekingsgegevens, pas aan indien van toepassing en klik nogmaals op inloggen. Kunt u na het aanpassen en/of controleren van uw gegevens wederom niet inloggen, raadpleeg onze FAQ voor hulp.” I am pretty sure that my data is correct but maybe I misunderstood something.
This is my input(some charakters changed ofcourse):
Achternaam = Lastname
Reserveringsnummer = 79EGAL
Vertrekdatum (DD-MM-YY) = 24-02-11

Did I understood something terribly wrong or what could be the reason?

The other question I have is about the food served in the economy class: As far as I understood the homepage one warm meal and one drink are included. Should we buy additional food in the duty free or on the plane?

You should be able to check in, but when you get this message it basically means that either there is a problem with the online check in or…you are not booked for this flight.

My suggestion would be to check again in a few days, you still have enough time, perhaps they will correct the problem themselves.
If it is a problem with the booking then you will need to contact their service centre and figure out what the hack is wrong. It is very well possible that you received the booking number, but that your payment went haywire and thus the reservation was cancelled again.

I understand you cannot call their toll free number, so you can call their alternate number
+31-(0)53-488 0880 (normal charges)
They may become angry that you call this number, but simply say you are calling from abroad and then they should help you.

Problem solved: If you have brought your tickets not directly from ArkeFly your tickets have to be registered for online check in via their hotline. From foreign countries this is possible with this number: 0031-53 4813987.
I got this number after 6 days from their email service…
