Vietnam’s PM to visit Indonesia this month

HANOI (AP): Prime Minister Phan Van Khai will be heading to Indonesia later this month on a three-day formal visit, the Foreign Ministry said Thursday.
Ministry spokesman Le Dung said Khai is going to Jakarta Feb.22-24 at the invitation of Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono.
His trip is intended to promote further cooperation between Vietnam and Indonesia, particularly in the areas of trade andinvestment, Dung said. Khai is also expected to meet with Indonesia’s parliament speaker and attend a business forum during his visit.
