Jouw hotelstage op Sint Maarten

The daily activities are (but not limited to):

[li]Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key
[/li][li]Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit
[/li][li]Process all check-outs
[/li][li]Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
[/li][li]Inspect rooms to quality control rooms for check-in
[/li][li]Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest (Provide guests with all kinds of information; activities, dinner reservations, excursions to nearby islands, boat rental, diving & snorkeling, spa appointments, car rental etc…)
[/li][li]Run daily reports (arrivals, departures, housekeeping and maintenance reports and reservations), identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy
[/li][li]Provide complimentary drinks in the room
[/li][li]Working with RoomMaster 2000, our hotel management/reservation system
[/li][li]Collect tour operator voucher for accounts payable
[/li][li]Updating and/or adjusting the client data base in the reservation system, Room master 2000
[/li][li]Preparing special requests for guests
[/li][li]Reviews hotel on referral websites
[/li][li]Contact tour operator regarding reservations, rates, estimated times of arrival
[/li][li]Office organization – increased efficiency, and minimized costs
[/li][li]Maintain guest surveys
[/li][li]Walking around the property for PM shift and reporting maintenance issues
[/li][li]Creating daily housekeeping schedules
[/li][li]Weekly inventory
[/li][/ul]
