Gezocht: een ‘mature’ koppel voor het managen van een lodge in noord Tanzania. De profiel schets is als volgt:
Skills/Requirements:
Both must:

[li]be fluent in English[/li][li]accept the need for a 24/7 mentality[/li][li]have passion for living outdoors in bush conditions[/li][li]be able to entertain one selves in a remote/isolated area [/li][li]be able to supervise a staff of 15 (local) employees each[/li][/ul]
One of the two must:
[ul]
[li]be able to do, and supervise, general maintenance on all kinds of engine driven and electrical machines [/li][li]have a valid driver’s license [/li][li]have a technical education (essential if work permit is needed)[/li][li]have the ability to deal with local staff and surrounding communities[/li][/ul]
The other one of the partnership must:
[ul]
[li]have F & B experience [/li][li]have education relevant to the tourism industry (essential if work permit is needed) [/li][li]have hosting skills and be representative[/li][li]have administrative skills and be computer literate[/li]
[/ul]In between the two, it would be to an advantage if at least one:
