Entry to Canada

Hi.

I have some relatives in Canada but they can’t even help me get to my dream land and I want to work in Canada. Is it true that entry to Canada is as hard as getting into a needle’s eye?

Does anybody here have the same experience with mine?

Thanks!

Canada, like every other country, has laws to define who is eligible to enter, get a temporary or permanent residency permit and citizenship.

Citizenship & Immigration Canada is the governmental body that is in charge of all of the above.

I can’t comment on your case, because it has virtually no relevant details.

I suggest you read about the different immigration options yourself on the website of Citizenship & Immigration Canada: http://www.cic.gc.ca/

And no: immigration isn’t hard in Canada. There is plenty of information out there, so you should start with an effort to understand the possibilties. Don’t rely on relatives for your application, unless you can apply through family sponsorship class. At most, they can offer a home for when you first arrive after you will receive your residency.

Good luck!
