Net thuis maar nog slapen voordat ik jou Beps heel veel sterkte heb gewenst. Het leek nog zo ver weg, maar nu is het toch zomaar zover. Lekker dat je vroeg moet. Ik hoop dat je nog een beetje kunt slapen vannacht. Hopelijk gaat alles voorspoedig en horen we snel weer van je!

hi, lees op FB dat alles goed gegaan is met Beps, hier staat het bericht dat is las :heb haar net aan de telefoon gehad en ze is alweer helemaal wakker ze is al naar het toilet geweest en heeft alleen wat spierpijn zegt ze. verder voelt ze zich prima.

brbbrr vanochtend met -9 en sneeuw weggefietst. afzien.
vanmiddag was het afwisselend zonnig en heftige sneeuwbuien. Gelukkig brak de zon net weer door toen ik naar huis ging.

net even bij de nieuwe supermarkt geweest. de 1000 is over gegaan op de superjumbo. wel mooie winkel, heel veel luxe producten, bijna nog uitgebreider dan Appie. Maar goed, het mag dan ook allemaal wat kosten. Heb even de winkel doorgelopen op zoek naar de budget/eigen merk aanbiedingen. nu wachten tot de lidl bij mij geopend wordt en dan kan ik kiezen wat ik bij welke super ga halen

beps gelukkig alweer aanspreekbaar… fijn.

@Bloem: Ja, dat is dan een tegenvaller he zo s’morgens vroeg door die kou. Brrrr… hopen dat het niet te lang meer gaat duren.

Verder weinig om op reageren, dus zeg maar vast…een hele fijne dag all. Hier schijnt het zonnetje al vanaf dat ik de gordijnen open trok. Heerlijk dus. Wel erg koud… maar…geen sneeuw!!!

hard gewerkt en net gesport. eventjes maar, maar toch even geweest. toch wat spieren ingeruild voor blubber achtig vet en hoe gek het ook klinkt, ik ben nu ongelukkiger met mijn lijf en ik ‘voel me dikker’ dan toen ik 35 kg meer woog. maar goed, we gaan weer aan het werk

Bloem : nee geen idee of Beps al thuis is, vandaag helaas niets meer gezien of gelezen
is niet zo gek hoor dat je je nu dikker voelt, heb ik ook vaak. Vroeger waren we gewoon “dik” en dan is dat zo. Nu ga je op alles veel meer letten, voor je eigen gevoel ben je slank of hoor je dat te zijn maar dan kijk je in de spiegel en zie je geen dikke maar ook geen slanke persoon. dat is best wel even wennen. voor mij nog meer omdat ik oud(er) ben heb ik ook nog best wel wat los vel wat je in kleding niet ziet maar in badkleding dus wel. loop eigenlijk ook alleen maar constant met een pareo om en dat deed ik dus met 33 kg meer niet
