As a Customer Service agent(m/f) you will be responsible for the answering and processing of questions and responses from our clients. The client is the central point of attention for our customer and we strive for delivering optimal customer services and 100% customer satisfaction. You are the first point of contact for clients, delivering customer service and answering questions concerning various problems and difficulties.
It is important that you are able to sympathise with the customer and have great analytical skills in order to define the root cause to problems and find the best possible solution, as fast as possible.
Required skills:
- Excellent communication skills;
- A postive attitude;
- Good knowledge of the English and German language;
- Prefered, customer service experience including commitment to providing a first class service in a service environment;
- Ability to learn and retain information quickly, and handle a number of tasks at one time;
- Ability to follow formal procedures;
- General PC and keyboard skills and Multimedia knowledge;
- Professional attitude and great attention to detail;
- Ability to approach problems logically;
- High ability to empathize with customer and prioritize customer’s needs;
- Flexibel availability
- Available for fulltime training
