I am going to establish myself in Digne les Bains with my partner. I am looking for a permanent job that has the combination of service, back-office, guest-interaction and team-spirit. My availability February 2013 until a long working-relationship.
Presently I am working at Beach Club Peukie for more than ten years. This is one of the biggest and busiest clubs in Scheveningen. During the day it is a restaurant and in the evening a club with DJ’s.Throughout these years I developed myself into an all-around employee that knows the ins-and-outs of the job/club. I am responsible for training staff, mise en place, serving f&b, dealing with guests and support the management.
I am a hard-working, loyal person with a good mentality and strong in communication in Dutch and English (French learning). I am looking for new opportunities and experiences. I hope you can offer me a position in your company.
