**BUG Review**
Backpackers travelling through Katherine might end up spending the night at Palm Court, simply because the town doesn’t have any alternatives - at the time of writing all other hostels were closed. Palm Court feels a bit shabby, the maintenance could definitely have been better, and the overall cleanliness is not exactly top-notch. However, you’ll find most of the facilities a backpacker-place should have: kitchen, laundry, Internet access, book-swap. There’s also a quite nice swimming pool area, with wooden seating and a BBQ. All the dorms have fridges, TVs and lockers.

All Seasons Katherine is conveniently located near the town centre, the fourth largest town in the Northern Territory. The hotel features a restaurant, bar, swimming pool, tennis court, BBQ area and function room. Major nearby attractions include Nitmiluk Katherine Gorge, Cutta Cutta Caves, Mataranka Springs, Umbrawarra Gorge, Edith Falls and historical Springvale Homestead. Wij zaten niet in Katherine ,daar is ook niet zoveel aan volgens mij, maar bij de Katherine gorge.
In Nitmiluk National Park (bij het visitors centre) heb je een camping, je kunt ook lodges huren. Daarvandaan heb je bootcruises door de gorge, je kunt kano’s huren en ook wandelen.
