i have indeed planed a netherlands section and your forum is since three month in the international/related section listed.
In few days i will make a change of this and add a new section with the 2 forums in this language.
The best flights form Germany are direct flights with LTU and Condor to Varadero or Havana. The best sites to get a good flight are LĀ“TUR, Condor and - which i prefer - LTU.
The LTU page takes a special service: You can put a offer on a flight and with a bit of luck and pacience (You have to try a few times with one price) you will get a cheap flight at your chosen date.

Concerning Berlin Air.
As far as I know: Berlin Air will fly to Madrid and there is a plane from Habana Airlines waiting.
The ticket Madrid - Habana by Cubana Airlines will be 560 ā¬uro and Berlin-Madrid (by Berlin Air) will be Ā± 25 to 160.-- ā¬uro. For people from Germany a very good option.
For the Netherlands however is this not interesting, because you have to go first from Arnhem/Venlo to Berlin.
The cheapest way for the Netherlands and Belgium to Cuba is:
a. a discounter-ticket Aādam or Brussel/Bruxelles -Madrid v.v. (or by train/bus/snelbus Aādam - Madridās airport) and than:
b. with Air Cubana to Havana v.v.: ā¬uro 560.ā

And why donĀ“t you fly direct from Brussel to Cuba?
Today you can get a ticket for 299,- ā¬ at www.ltur.de; they nearly every day take offers from Brussel which are often much cheaper than the offers from Germany.

Air Berlin is planing direct flights from Germany to Cuba, the exact departure airport is not known yet. If they would be flying from Berlin Tigel or from one of the western airports, which are the most likely options, than this would be a good option for the Dutch.
But, as I said, they are planningā¦

It was a retour ticket. They only offer retour tickets.
Today the cheapest is 470 ā¬ from Berlinto Varadero.
I donĀ“t know where you have clicked but normally they have every day a offer to a Cuban destination. You have to look for Kuba in the Flug-section.
The offers change every day, in the night you can get superlastminute offers. To look at the todays site: LĀ“Tur - Go to the Flug-section
Today it is only a expensive gabel-flight.
