We have recently had another baby and need extra hands to help on our property.
We live on 10 beautiful acres of half rainforest half cleared land (fruit orchard) in kuranda.
We are located 5kms from Kuranda town along the Barron River. You can swim in the river.
Jobs include:
Weeding and mulching vegetable beds
Pruning gardens
Fruit picking
What we provide:
Food and accommodation for 3hrs garden work each day
For breakfast and lunch we provide ingredients to let you have flexibility with what you eat. Dinner we generally eat together.
You will stay in the cottage with a private upstairs bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen for everyone is downstairs. We live in a house next door with our 2 kids.
Who we’re looking for:
- Preferably a couple. The room provided is a large attic style room with king bed, bath and toilet. Wifi and Netflix available.
- a car is a must
- we’re more than happy for you to use us as a base if you’d like to come and go to explore the surrounding area
- must be tolerant of cats and big dogs. No pets allowed.
2 WEEK MAXIMUM. WOULD SUIT BACKPACKERS OR TRAVELLERS
