Ik ben Nederlandse en werk voor een online casino als Service Host in de Nederlandse Afdeling.
We hebben dringend mensen nodig om bij dit geweldig leuke bedrijf te komen werken.

Je werk visum wordt voor je geregeld en voor de eerste 3 maanden kun je vragen om woonruimte.
Je salaris is ZAR 12000 en ZAR1200 voor het werken in de avonden en weekend. De diensten zijn van 9 tot 5 of van 5 tot 1 s’nachts en je werkt 5 dagen en dan heb je 3 dagen vrij! Heel erg fijn vind ik persoonlijk!
Ook krijg je iedere 3 maanden een bonus van ZAR5000!!

Het is een jong en dynamisch bedrijf met veel doorgroei mogelijkheden.
Het is in Century City voor de kenners.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Reporting to the Dutch Service Manager, the successful candidate will, as a member of the Customer Services team, be required to effectively provide a professional world class service to the needs of the organisations’ Dutch players and customers (by telephone, email and online chats). This position entails rotational shift work based on the 24/7 operational requirements of the organisation and its clients.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Dutch National
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Tertiary qualification
  • Willingness and capacity to work on a flexible shift basis including night shifts
  • A well established track record of high quality of service delivery as a Customer Services Representative
  • Demonstrated literacy in MS Office: Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven knowledge in the application of Customer Services Centre technical systems
  • Ability to apply new technologies and methodologies
  • Proven passion for customer service and excellent CRM skills
  • Demonstrated quality orientation
  • Excellent time management and adherence to schedule
  • Enthusiasm to learn new marketing skills to incorporate into the customer hosting function.

    DUTIES will include but not be limited to
  • Responding to customer queries by telephone, email and online chats
  • Overall ownership of the Dutch-customer facing communications and touch-points.
  • Processing and taking ownership of all incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment
  • Processing pertinent information into relevant databases
  • Completion of tasks assigned during shift
  • Customer relationship building and management as well as cross selling of products and services
  • Problem solving tasks during shift
  • Handling and taking full responsibility for customer related queries
  • Make outgoing calls and execute outbound campaigns to identified customers
  • Excellent time management and adherence to schedule
  • Performing extra tasks given by managers / shift supervisors as required
