Kurt McKenzie: “Apparently it is broken, went for a day trip yesterday. You can get to 3rd bridge from South Gate, but from Xakanaxa to 3rd bridge you have to detour BACK via South Gate, or if you are brave you can go via Bodamatau route, a few people are doing this route, although there are several water crossings!!”
Third Bridge is broken since the river is flooding and with the strong water current it washes away the logs. We have however assisted the DWNP to help them transport the logs to third bridge for quick maintenance. The bridge crew is busy working on it now and hopefully they will be done before the end of the week. You can access third bridge camp via first and second bridge only and cannot cross the third bridge to Xakanaka, and to get to Xakanaka you have to drive back to South gate over first and second bridge and start from South gate to Xakanaka. Please bare with us on this situation and hopefully all will be okay.
Thank you for you continued support.

Alles is dus weer in orde.
