Within our Market Strategy and Communication department and directly reporting to its Director, your main responsibilities will include:• Market Surveys: to prepare, implement, execute, analyse and report the results of market surveys (Company Guide survey, customer satisfaction survey, etc).• Marketing campaigns: to design, implement and execute relevant and targeted online marketing campaigns, integrated with our IT system (salesforce.com), and report results.• Company website: o to write and update text for the Company web site(s).o to suggest, design, implement and optimise interactive widgets for the Company web site(s) aimed at generating online leads.• To analyse marketing tactics effectiveness and propose optimisations.
