On-site assistanta)Work with incoming clients in September. Various duties.b) Airport reception: Accompany the airport transportation service to receive students at the airport and orient them briefly to their housing and neighborhood.c) Orientation: Assist with the orientation (directing student to the orientation room,encouraging participation, and assisting with the scavenger hunt, etc.)d) Assist with client receptions at our office.e) Accompany the group on the city tours.2. Promotea) Research new clients: I will teach you how to identify the clients we are seeking. You willresearch clients for Sevilla, Barcelona, and Buenos Aires and add them to the database.b) Contact new clients: I will provide you with sample emails to send to the potential clients.c) Develop creative marketing strategies and implement them.consumer behaviour, market and marketing research, the analysis of competitors and consumers as wellas corporate image3. Help improve services in Barcelonaa) Evaluate the services we currently provide and help plan for improvementsb) Assist with the development of a survey to distribute to the students to assess theirintercultural competency and evaluation of our services.c) Research texts on intercultural competency and provide me with a syllabus of articles andbooks on the topic.d) Develop internship service and assist with the promotion.the evaluation of suppliers, the development and assessment of promotional and advertising campaigns4.
