TAK : Nine people, two of them foreign nationals, have been killed and one person critically injured when their van collided head-on with a 10-wheel truck in Mae Sot district.The Sukhothai-registered van driven by Prasert Thanhiran was travelling yesterday from Phitsanulok to Mae Sot when it collided with the truck heading for Bangkok on the Mae Sot road.
Six passengers in the van and its driver died instantly, while three were seriously injured. Two of the injured passengers died later at Mae Sot Hospital.
Police identified two foreign men, probably Dutch, as among the dead.
