We are a small size company with 6 employees (fixed) and looking for expansion.
Our main focus of work is to organise/manage trade shows for industry.
We also attend some clients managing their exhibition needs to either participate in trade shows or internal events (stands, road shows, sales conventions and so far).
We have some international trade shows in our portfolio and also partnership with companies abroad (China and Europe).
Stage:
We are looking for support from people marketing/sales oriented, suppliers management and budget/project conduction.

[li]Ability to identify key target media channels (print magazines, newspapers, online, email marketing) related to the import-export industry and consumer product distribution channels in Brazil.[/li][li]Ability to identify key industry associations related to the import-export industry and consumer product distribution channels in Brazil.[/li][li]Ability to create and oversee the production of various marketing materials and campaigns; previous print and online production experience a plus.[/li][li]Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and responsibilities at the same time.[/li][li]Candidate must exhibit a strong work ethic and have solid project management skills.[/li][li]Previous PR agency and or media buying experience a plus.[/li][li]Previous experience working for a multinational, results-focused organization required.[/li][li]Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.[/li][/ul]
Candidates must exhibit the highest level of professionalism and carry themselves well as they will interact with customers, vendors, and the press.
