I have decided together with my wife to establish a PMA ”Foreign company ” in Bali and start a small business.
We are looking for a lot of land to buy approximately 5-6 Ares Maximum in the south region of Bali close to the surfing area.
We are facing a small challenge now and that is all the lots that we found are huge and no real estate agent wants to help us find a small lot.
Also another issue and that is when we find something interesting the prices are incredibly high.
Can somebody advice us on how to handle these situations and how to prepare our negotiations with the seller and the real estate agent in between.

@ahassad: gelieve in het Nederlands communiceren. Er zijn, zoals gezegd, genoeg Engelse fora als je graag in die taal wilt schrijven. Op een Nederlands forum wordt Nederlands geschreven.

Inderdaad willen de meeste real estate agenten graag grote stukken land verkopen.
Maar er zijn ook genoeg agenten die je kunnen helpen met de 5 - 6 are land die je zoekt.
Wij zijn goed gehopen door een agent van het begin tot het einde met het kopen van een stuk land van 8 are.
Weet niet of het geven van adressen hier mogelijk is, anders kun je altijd contact met ons opnemen.
