As a fast growing and reputable Dutch au pair agency we are looking for new agents who can recruit au pairs for Smiling Faces for Dutch families in The Netherlands.
Smiling Faces is a member of NAPO (Dutch au pair organisation). The head office is in The Netherlands and we have our own establishments all around the world, to ensure the quality of our au pairs and procedures.
We check our families thoroughly. We visit the homes of the families and inspect the au pairs room before placing an au pair in their home. Smiling Faces provides the agents and au pairs with extended information about the family, so our mismatch rate is very low.
Our goal is to support both au pair and family, during the year to have a nice experience. We have a 24 hours emergency number. We organize all kind of activities (meetings, Dutch language lessons and au pair training) for au pairs so they can enjoy their stay in The Netherlands to the fullest. That’s why we are called Smiling Faces!
Smiling faces works with high standards, we have our own au pair profile, applications forms and au pair training. Agents can use all our materials, so little investment is needed.
Our agents have their own company and their earnings are the subscription and training fee of the au pairs (about 2 month salaries).
We are looking for people who can make a bridge between your country and The Netherlands. They have to understand the responsibilities of the au pair and be able to recruit, select, guide and train excellent au pairs.
