Stagiair/e Event Coordinator Professionally manage events & promotions that insure cost-effectiveness, brand attention, and positive brand impact on customers, consumers, and trade and business relations. Grow the business on both sides of St. Maarten / Saint Martin through effectively executing brand related activities such as events and sales promotions. • Co-develop strategy for the implementation of a mayor event • Develop and execute an Operational Plan • Develop, manage and monitor the event’s marketing and sales budget • Plan, execute and supervise all brand related activities (promotions and events) • Plan, execute and supervise all customer marketing related activities (promotions, signing) • Generate and monitor (free) publicity for all brand related activities • Coordinate specific sales-related activities for French and Dutch side sales when needed • Work close together with management team, to achieve company depletion and marketing objectives. • Contribute to managing and monitoring yearly marketing and sales budget • Organize the VIP coordination of the event Result areas • Achieve volume and brand image targets as agreed in commercial plans • Significantly reduce net and total spend on event • Achieve full execution of agreed Marketing and Sales plans • Safeguard the companies interest (contracts / insurance) Languages Education: Bachelor Commerce or similar Fluent in English, Spanish and Dutch preferred Transportation: In possession of driver’s license and car Sign up for Serious Fun! www.stagebureausintmaarten.nl +1721 - 5886963 (whatsapp) info@stagesxm.nl
