# Rondreis Thailand September/Oktober, graag mening

Beste lezers,

Ik ben van plan om van 25 september t/m 13 oktober samen met mijn vrouw naar Thailand te gaan en willen volgens onderstaande schema gaan reizen. Is deze tijd van het jaar goed te doen en zijn deze plekken goed te doen?

## Day 1 25th Sep 11 Arrival - Bangkok Arrive at Bangkok Airport. Welcome and private transfer to your hotel in the center of the city. Free at leisure and overnight in Bangkok.

Day 2-3  
26th – 27th Sep 11  
Bangkok  
After breakfast, you are free to discover Bangkok  
and everything around it. Overnight in Bangkok.

Day 4  
28th Sep 11  
Bangkok -  
Kanchanaburi  
After breakfast early morning pick up  
for full board program to the River  
Kwai. Stop on the way to visit the  
museum, memorial and the infamous  
bridge over the River Kwai. After lunch  
transfer to the Jungle Rafts for dinner  
and overnight. NOTE: All rooms at  
Jungle Rafts Resort are floating on the bamboo raft lying in harmony with the  
dazzling natural ambience. No electricity’s, uses lamp for lighting rooms, No hot  
water.

Day 5  
29th Sep 11  
Kanchanaburi After breakfast visit the Mon village. After lunch  
free at leisure or book one of the optional tours  
such as elephant  
riding, mountain  
biking or  
canoeing. Dinner  
and overnight at  
the Jungle Rafts.

Day 6  
30th Sep 11  
Kanchanaburi –  
Bangkok  
(Night train)  
After breakfast check out and make a train ride over  
the infamous rail tracks. Transfer to Bangkok train  
station for the night train to Chiang Mai. Free for  
dinner and overnight in the train.

Day 7  
1st Oct 11  
Chiang Mai Early morning arrival. Welcome and private  
transfer to your hotel located in the city center.  
Afternoon, half day Doi Suthep Temple.  
Overnight in Chiang Mai.

Day 8  
2nd Oct 11  
Chiang Mai Breakfast at hotel. You are free to discover  
Chiang Mai and everything around it.  
Overnight in Chiang Mai.

Day 9  
3rd Oct 11  
Chiang Mai –  
Lisu Lodge  
After breakfast join program to the Lisu Lodge with lunch, dinner, mountain biking,  
elephant riding and white water rafting.  
Dinner and overnight at the lovely Lisu Lodge.

Day 10  
4th Oct 11  
Lisu Lodge –  
Chiang Rai  
After breakfast, walk through the Lisu  
Village and drink tea at the headman’s  
house. Late morning, transfer to Chiang  
Rai with stop and a boat ride over Kok  
River included local lunch. Overnight in  
Chiang Rai.

Day 11-12  
5th – 6th Oct 11  
Chiang Rai After breakfast at leisure to  
explore Chiang Rai or to book an optional tour  
to the Golden Triangle.  
Overnight in Chiang Rai.

Day 13  
7th Oct 11  
Chiang Rai –  
Bangkok –  
(Night train)  
After breakfast, check-out and private  
transfer to Chiang Rai Airport for flight to  
Bangkok. Arrive Bangkok Airport,  
welcome and private transfer to Hua Lum  
Phong Train Station for night train to  
Surat Thani. Overnight on the train.

Day 14  
8th Oct 11  
Surat Thani –  
Koh Samui  
Early morning, arrival at Surat Thani  
Train Station and private transfer from  
Surat Thani Train Station to Donsak pier  
and then take a join ferry to Koh Samui.  
Upon arrive at Koh Samui pier, pick up  
and private transfer to the hotel. Checkin  
at hotel on arrival and free at leisure.  
Overnight in Koh Samui.

Day 15-18  
9th – 12th Oct 11  
Koh Samui  
Breakfast at the hotel.  
Free at your own leisure.  
Overnight in Koh Samui.

Day 19  
13th Oct 11  
Koh Samui –  
Bangkok -  
Departure  
Break fast at hotel.  
Free at leisure until time to check-out  
(12h00) and private transfer to Airport for  
flight to Bangkok. Arrive Bangkok Airport  
and connect with your flight back home or  
to your next destination.

Hee Kevin,

Ja, het is goed te doen, in het noorden is de moesson al over zijn hoogtepunt heen.

In de jungle kan het glad zijn, en bloedzuigers kunnen je te pakken nemen, houd daar rekening mee.

Maar… het lijkt wel een georganiseerde reis, die je maakt, zo tot in detail.
