# Gezocht: Tijdelijke manager voor hotel in Noord Tanzania

**Description:**  
A lodge in northern Tanzania looks for a temporary manager for a period of 3 – 6 months who can start ASAP. The manager works together with one of the owners who has built and ran the hotel for 15 years.

**Skills/Requirements:**

He/She must:  
[ul]  
[li]be fluent in English[/li][li]accept the need for a 24/7 mentality[/li][li]have passion for living outdoors in bush conditions[/li][li]be able to entertain one self in a remote/isolated area [/li][li]be able to supervise a staff of 15 local employees[/li][li]have a valid driver’s license [/li][/ul]  
Advantageous is to:  
[ul]  
[li]have F & B experience [/li][li]have education relevant to the tourism industry [/li][li]have hosting skills and be representative[/li][li]have administrative skills and be computer literate[/li][li]be internationally orientated or have working experience in developing/ African countries[/li][li]have basic knowledge of Kiswahili or willingness to learn this asap[/li][li]speaks other languages, preferably Spanish, German or French.[/li][/ul]Please send your application (incl.
