Conveniently located in the heart of the European area; the newly built four star hotel has a fantastic design and offers first class service.The 149 rooms including business class Room and suites are exclusively designed by Italian designer Matteo Thun and furnished in different rooms themes: Fresh, Chic and Fashion.

**Tasks:**

[li]Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing  
[/li][li]Creation of all Word, Excel and Powerpoint documents  
[/li][li]Creation and Updating of the Sales & Marketing database  
[/li][li]Creation of corporate and leisure contracts  
[/li][li]Telephone answering, mailings, agenda planning  
[/li][li]Telemarketing’s  
[/li][li]Creation of an adequate filing system  
[/li][/ul]
